Industrial Monitor Warranty 

Warranty Period: Monitors manufactured/sold by our company are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase (based on the invoice date or factory date).

Warranty Coverage: 

Under normal use, our company will provide free repair or replacement for any product failures due to inherent quality issues, including but not limited to: 

1. Display abnormalities (black screen, distorted screen, inability to power on, etc.) 

2. Panel bright/dark spots outside the standard range 

3. Non-human damage to the internal circuit board or power supply module 

4. Failure due to natural aging of the housing seal 

Exclusions from the Warranty:

The following situations are not covered by the free warranty and our company will provide paid repairs: 

1. Exceeding the one-year warranty period; 

2. Damage caused by user-initiated disassembly, modification, or repair; 

3. Damage caused by improper use (dropping, squeezing, liquid intrusion, abnormal voltage, etc.); 

4. Damage caused by force majeure (such as lightning strike, flood, fire, earthquake, etc.); 

5. No valid proof of purchase or if the product serial number has been altered or defaced; 

6. Lifetime technical service support is also provided. 

Special Note: 

This warranty covers only the entire monitor and does not include accessories (such as power adapters and cables). The accessory warranty period is three months. 

A valid proof of purchase and product serial number must be provided when returning the monitor for repair. 

Industrial Panel PC Warranty 

Warranty Period:

All industrial Panel PC manufactured/sold by our company are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase (based on the invoice date or factory date). 

Warranty Scope:

Under normal use, if a malfunction is caused by product quality issues, our company will provide free repair or replacement services. This primarily covers: 

1. Non-intentional damage to core components such as the motherboard, processor, memory, hard drive, and display; 

2. System failure, black screen, abnormal freezes, malfunctions, etc.; 

3. Failure of interfaces (such as USB, serial, and Ethernet ports) due to non-external damage; 

4. Performance failure due to natural aging of the overall housing seals. 

Accessory Warranty: 

Accessories such as power adapters, data cables, and stands are covered by a three-month warranty. 

Consumable items (such as batteries, styluses, and protective films) are not covered by this warranty. 

The following are not covered by this warranty: 

1. Products that have expired; 

2. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair by the user; 

3. Damage caused by improper installation, improper operation, or improper maintenance; 

4. Damage caused by external factors such as drops, impacts, liquid immersion, or abnormal voltage; 

5. Damage caused by natural disasters or force majeure (such as lightning strikes, floods, fires, and earthquakes); 

6. The product serial number has been altered, worn, or is unreadable; 

7. Faults caused by the use of non-genuine accessories or software; 

8. Lifetime technical support is also provided. 

Special Note: 

The free warranty service only applies to the entire device and standard components and does not cover external devices. 

If repair is unrepairable, the company reserves the right to provide a replacement device of equivalent value based on actual conditions. 

A valid proof of purchase and product serial number must be provided when submitting the product for repair. 

Industrial PC Warranty 

Warranty Period:Industrial PC manufactured/sold by our company are covered by a two-year free warranty from the date of purchase (based on the invoice date or factory date).

Warranty Scope 

Under normal use, our company will provide free repair or replacement services for any product failures caused by inherent quality issues, including: 

1. Core Hardware Components: Motherboard, Processor (CPU), Memory, Storage (SSD/HDD), Power Module; 

2. Display and Touch Module: Industrial Touch Screen, LCD Display Module; 

3. I/O Interface Module: USB, Serial Port, Network Port, etc., due to failures not caused by external damage; 

4. System Operation Issues: System failure, black screen, freeze, non-functional interfaces, etc. 

Accessory Warranty 

The warranty period for included accessories, such as the power adapter, data cable, and mounting bracket, is six months. 

Consumables (such as batteries, fans, stylus, protective film, etc.) are not covered by this warranty. 

Warranty Exclusions 

The following situations are not covered by the free warranty, and our company will provide paid repairs: 

1. Products exceeding the two-year warranty period; 

2. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair by the user; 

3. Failure caused by improper installation, improper operation, or improper maintenance; 

4. Damage caused by external factors such as drops, impacts, liquid immersion, foreign objects, abnormal voltage, etc.; 

5. Damage caused by force majeure (such as lightning strikes, fire, floods, earthquakes, etc.); 

6. The product serial number is altered, worn, or unreadable; 

7. Failure caused by the use of non-original accessories, peripherals, or software; 

8. Lifetime technical service support is also provided. 

Special Notes 

The free warranty service is limited to the entire device and standard components, and does not include external devices or third-party accessories. 

If the product cannot be repaired, our company reserves the right to replace the entire device with one of the same model or equivalent performance. 

Users must provide valid proof of purchase and the product serial number when returning the product for repair. 

For products outside the warranty period, our company will provide paid repair and technical support services.
