Before Submitting a RAQ

1. Q: What information do I need to provide to receive an accurate and prompt quotation?

A: To ensure the most precise quotation, we recommend preparing the following information:

Core Requirement: The specific product model number or product category of interest.

Quantity: The estimated quantity for this purchase (e.g., 100 units) and the projected annual demand (e.g., approx. 1,000 units per year). This allows us to secure the most favorable pricing for you.

Configuration Details: Required CPU, RAM capacity, storage type and capacity, and operating system version.

Application Scenario: The industry and specific use case for the device (e.g., machine vision inspection, autonomous driving system, AGV controller). This helps us determine if a model with enhanced features like wider temperature tolerance, resistance to vibration, or other specific attributes is recommended.

Special Requirements: The need for specific certifications (e.g., UL, CE, FCC), custom I/O (additional COM ports, GPIO), logo engraving, special packaging, or software pre-installation services.

 

2. Q: I am unsure which model is best suited for my project. May I consult your team?

A: Absolutely. Please provide a detailed description of your performance requirements (e.g., necessary processing power), I/O needs (number of USB, LAN, COM ports required), operating environment (temperature, humidity, dust), and budget range. Our application engineers will recommend the most suitable product(s) and provide a comparative quotation.

 

3. Q: Do you offer product customization (OEM/ODM) services?

A: Yes, we provide extensive OEM/ODM customization services. This includes, but is not limited to: port configuration adjustments, custom chassis design, specific color matching, modified thermal solutions, and board-level customization.

 

About the Quotation

4. Q: What is the validity period of the quotation?

A: Our standard quotations are valid for 15 days. Due to potential fluctuations in the global semiconductor market and exchange rates, prices beyond this period may require updating based on prevailing market conditions.

 

5. Q: What costs are included in the quotation? Are the terms FOB or CIF?

A: Our quotations clearly state the trade terms (e.g., EXW (Ex-Works), FOB) and currency (e.g., USD). The price typically covers the product itself and basic accessories. Freight, insurance, and applicable taxes (e.g., import duties, VAT) will be listed separately based on the chosen incoterms and destination.

 

6. Q: Do you offer volume discounts? What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

A: We provide highly competitive tiered pricing for volume purchases. Specific discounts depend on your order quantity and forecasted future demand. For standard products, the MOQ is typically 1 unit, customized projects are also 1 unit.

 

7. Q: Can I request a sample unit? How are samples charged?

A: Sample requests are accepted. Samples of standard products require payment; however, this cost can be credited against a subsequent bulk order. For custom products, samples are generally not available, but we can provide hardware test reports or a sample of a similar model for validation purposes.

 

Payment & Delivery

8. Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: We accept T/T, Western Union, PayPal. Specific terms will be confirmed in the formal sales contract.

 

9. Q: What is the standard payment procedure?

A: The standard procedure is: Confirm Quotation -> Sign Purchase Agreement -> Pay a deposit -> We schedule production -> Pay the balance prior to shipment (or as otherwise negotiated per the agreed terms).

 

10. Q: What is the lead time for delivery?

A: Lead times for standard products are typically 3-7 business days (if in stock) or 2-4 weeks (for production runs). Lead times for customized products or during global component shortages may be longer. Our sales manager will communicate a definitive timeline upfront.

 

11. Q: What logistics options do you provide?

A: We ship samples and small orders via couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS, based on your requirements and international logistics conditions. Bulk shipments are typically sent via sea freight or air freight. We can assist with customs clearance procedures.

 

After-Sales & Support

12. Q: What is the warranty policy for your products?

A: We provide a standard 1 - 2 year limited warranty. Please refer to our warranty policy document for specific coverage details. The warranty period commences from the date of product delivery.

 

13. Q: What is the process if I receive a product with a defect?

A: Please immediately contact our technical support team and provide the order number, product model and serial number, and a description of the issue. We will guide you through initial troubleshooting. If a hardware defect is confirmed, we will initiate the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process to repair or replace the unit.

 

14. Q: What technical support do you provide?

A: We offer complimentary basic technical support for hardware debugging, driver installation, and operating system compatibility. For in-depth software integration and secondary development, we can provide paid technical support services.
